1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email once your package has been shipped.
2. Shipping Location
All products are shipped directly from our fulfillment center in Kathmandu, Nepal.
3. Delivery Timeframe
- The standard delivery period is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- We will provide tracking information (if available) once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website or during checkout.
5. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Charges
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees applicable to your order are the responsibility of the customer.
- Folk Nepal is not liable for any additional charges that may be imposed by customs authorities in the destination country.

6. Delays and Exceptions
- We strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, but delivery may be delayed due to customs procedures, natural disasters, political situations, or courier issues beyond our control.
- In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you promptly via email.
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- Folk Nepal is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with supporting photos of the packaging and product.
- For lost packages, please contact us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue.
